What hours are you open?
We are open 7 days a week from 6:00am to 9:30pm
How do I know which machine to use?
We are staffed full time by experienced customer service representatives who will be happy to advise you on the appropriate machine to use and how to use it.
How do I sign up for the Rewards Program and how much does it cost?
It is absolutely free! Ask the laundry attendant for a punch card and you will receive 1 punch for a 20LB washer, 2 punches for a 30LB washer, 3 punches for a 40LB washer and 4 punches for a 60LB Washer. When you receive 10 punches, we will give you $5 off you next wash.
Wash and Fold Service FAQ
Do you pick-up and deliver? How much is it?
Yes, we pick-up and deliver. The cost is $1.27 per pound plus any extras that you may have (comforters, rugs, etc.). You can Schedule a pickup here.
Do I have to be home when you pick up or deliver my clothes?
No, but when scheduling the service, please provide clear instructions indicating where we can find your clothes and drop them off. Please ensure that you have a secure space to leave your clothes and not visible from the street. If you live in an apartment or condo complex, you can leave your clothes with the front desk attendant if they have one. If your building requires a code to enter, please inform us at the time of placing the order.
Do you fold or hang my clothes?
We are open to special requests. If you don't specify, we typically hang the more formal items, like collared shirts, blouses and slacks; then protect them with clear plastic garment bag. We'll fold everything else and package it for protection.
Do you hang dry items?
Yes, upon your request, we can hang dry delicate items that you do not want dried in our dryers.
Do you separate whites from colors?
If you request that whites be separated from colors, we charge an additional $2.

When I schedule an online order, how will I be billed?
When the order is completed, we bill your credit card and email you an invoice.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Of course! During the account setup process, you will be able to add your personal preferences that will be followed for each and every order. In addition, when you place an order, you will be able to create specific instructions for that individual order.
Can I change my preferences?
Yes! You can log into your online account and change your preferences as often as you like.
